Most staff are very friendly, especially the gentleman who stocks the veggies :) Though my one bit of feedback is that every now and then I get served by people who really don't want to be there, not all the time but a few times. A smile makes a bit difference to people's day. Other than that it's great and I happily shop here all the time.

- Emma Jackson Added August 13, 2020★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I love the store because it is convenient for me and has great variety (5 stars) BUT the checkout staff really look as though they hate their jobs (numerous staff not just one) and behave as though the customers are really inconveniencing them (would give minus stars if I could). Their attitude on some days is downright rude. Sometimes you may get a very flat greeting but don't expect a smile. Really spoils my day and when it happened again yesterday I thought it is time to say something.
Please train your checkout staff in the basics of customer service and monitor them as they are bringing down what is a great IgA.
